1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the DOOVAN website and the products and services offered through it, operated by DOOVAN ("DOOVAN", "we", "us").
By creating an account, signing in with Google or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Your account
You sign in to DOOVAN with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity carried out through your DOOVAN account.
The information you give us, including your name, phone number and delivery address, must be accurate and up to date. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account.
We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
3. Orders and confirmation
Product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. An order is only accepted once our team has confirmed it to you by phone or email.
After confirmation, we will contact you with payment details and arrange delivery. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price or description contains an obvious error, or we cannot verify your details.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site. Shipping costs, if any, are shown in your bag and confirmed when we contact you about your order.
We may change prices and product availability at any time. A price change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including the DOOVAN name and logo, photographs, videos, designs, text and layout, belongs to DOOVAN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may view the site and share product links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:
- use the site in any unlawful way or to commit fraud;
- interfere with the security or operation of the site, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means to collect content or place orders;
- submit false, misleading or abusive content, including in product reviews.

We take care to describe our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on different screens. The site is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
